The Empowered Experience is a 12 week professional development program for neurodivergent women.
Weekly group coaching calls with me (and expert guests) are complemented by online self-paced learning modules and anytime access to a private community support and resource platform.
Work with a unique community of "unlike-minded" women who lean in, without the masks, to support one another in your professional goals.

12 month membership for executive ND women
The Empowered Executive program is a confidential, safe and supportive space for senior women navigating late neurodivergent diagnoses and the impact this has on their leadership of self and of others.
Members meet virtually each month to explore evidence-based strategies, share lived experiences and the key factors that contribute to living a sustainably successful career and life.
Guest experts join to share contemporary neuro-inclusion insights and practices.
Membership is by application
There is a maximum of 12 participants per group.
Corporate
Staff information sessions (either online or in person) cover neurodiversity basics, why neuro-inclusion is good for business, strategies for inclusion and heightened productivity and my own lived experience.
Manager workshops engage people managers in the pursuit of neuro-inclusive leadership. Training covers the lived experience of neurodivergent professionals, how neuro-normative expectations present real challenges to neurodivergent staff, strategies and supports and a practical activity.
1:1 Coaching
I specialise in coaching late diagnosed / discovered neurodivergent professionals. My 1:1 coaching sessions are tailored to your specific situation and goals.
My coaching style is informal, sometimes unfiltered (but always compassionate) and very practical. You will leave each session feeling validated and with the energy and tools to take the next best step in your journey.
