The Empowered Experience is a 12 week professional development program for neurodivergent women. Weekly group coaching calls with Joey (and expert guests) are complemented by online
self-paced learning modules and anytime access to a private community support and resource platform. This is a community of unlike-minded women who lean in, without the masks, to support one another in their professional goals.

The Empowered Immersion is a 2 day program where Joey will guide you safely and steadily through six key learning areas that are key to a sustainably successful career. In 2 days you will experience transformation and finish energised not exhausted! Engaging, short sharp content is balanced with ample processing and reflection time. Each module has workbooks that enable you to tailor your reflections, learnings and goals to your unique needs and aspirations.

executive women
The Empowered Executive program is a confidential, safe and supportive space for senior women navigating late neurodivergent diagnoses. Meet virtually each month to explore evidence-based strategies, share lived experiences and the key factors that contribute to living a sustainably successful career and life. Maximum of 12 participants.

Members meet virtually each month to explore evidence-based strategies, share lived experiences and the key factors that contribute to living a sustainably successful career and life.
Membership is by application and there is a maximum of 12 participants per group.
