What is group coaching like?
Members who join Grit n Grace Collective are all people just like you – they are different! Cohorts will be limited to 12 members to ensure that quality connections can be made.
The group coaching calls will be hosted by Joey and designed to offer a safe, yet structured, environment in which to enhance your professional development. Guiding principles will ensure that members engage appropriately and supportively. Members will not be obligated to share their video on calls and contributions to the discussion will be welcome in both verbal and written format.
Our all in one community platform offers asynchronous access to participate in group discussions or direct messaging. Groups, with their diverse perspectives, are a wonderful way to enhance your learning.
