Hello! I'm Joey.

I’m just a girl taking one deep breath at a time and hoping to inspire. I created Grit n Grace Collective as an autistic-led, neuro-affirming and strengths-based organisation that is teaching and empowering women to bring their authentic selves to work.

I spent a lot of my career mimicking, copy-pasting my behaviour, and doing what everyone else is doing – even if it didn’t work for me. The Empowered program gave me the strategies to work with my brain, rather than against it.
